The year started with a bang for Courtney Keil, being crowned the ‘Best Female Vocal’ at the 2024 Australian Country Music People’s Choice Awards for the second year in a row at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. She played her debut headline show ‘Fierce & Fearless Tour’ at Moonshiners Bar.

The past two years have been packed, performing with notable artists including Gina Jeffreys, Tania Kernaghan, Karise Eden, Adam Harvey, Andrew Swift and The Whitlams, with performances on Channel 7 ‘Good Friday Appeal’, Courtney is no stranger to this arena, previously on 7 Network / Fox Sports Supercars Championship, at Bathurst and Supercars Championship at Sandown performing the National Anthem and likewise at the NBL Grand Final Re-Match aired on 10 Play / Foxtel. 

My Passion for Sport and Exercise started at a young age. I played Rugby League, Rugby Union, Gridiron, Touch Football, Oz Tag and Hockey. 

Unfortunately, this was the catalyst for my journey with Muscle Dysmorphic Disorder (MDD). I became severely underweight and had no choice but to take time off Rugby to focus on my physical and mental health. My passion for Nutrition, Mental Performance and Mindset Strategies was born here. I gained over 30 kilograms in a 6 month period, I was able to get my life back through the Power of the Mind and Healthful Nutrition. I knew, from my own transformation experience, that this is what I wanted to dedicate my life to, to help other people find Mental and Physical Health and Freedom.
 
I've completed my Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning Certifications,  Muscle Intelligence Certification, Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) and Nutrition.
